‘Million Dollar Listing’s Fredrik Eklund Developing Real Estate Series With ‘Vanderpump Rules’ Producer Evolution Media

EXCLUSIVE: Fredrik Eklund, one of the stars of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York, is looking to set up his next real estate project.

The Swedish real estate broker is developing a new show with Evolution Media, the production company behind Vanderpump Rules and The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

It comes as Amazon is in talks to sell MGM Alternative, the company’s unscripted production division that houses Evolution Media.

The series will follow his his business, featuring his team of real estate professionals based in Miami. 

Eklund is the co-founder of Eklund|Gomes, which has secured more than $25B in residential transactions and sold more than 125 new developments within the past decade. Recently, he closed on a $115M penthouse at Central Park Tower and helped sell out the billion-dollar Shore Club in Miami. He starred in all nine seasons of Million Dollar Listings New York, which ended in 2021.
