MLW World Tag Team Title Match Announced For MLW Azteca Lucha

MLW has confirmed which teams will fight for the vacant tag team titles at MLW Azteca Lucha.

On April 22, Major League Wrestling announced that the MLW World Tag Team Championships had been vacated. The announcement noted that new champions would be crowned at the Azteca Lucha event on May 11.

In an update, MLW confirmed that Second Gear Crew (1 Called Manders and Matthew Justice) would face CozyMAX (Satoshi Kojima and Okumura) for the titles at Azteca Lucha. Manders and Justice are former MLW World Tag Team Champions. Kojima is the reigning MLW World Heavyweight Champion.

The MLW World Tag Team Championships were vacated after CONTRA attacked reigning champions Tom Lawlor and Davey Boy Smith Jr. at MLW War Chamber II. Lawlor and Smith Jr. previously beat Justice and Manders at MLW Intimidation Games to win the gold.
