This Wednesday evening, PSG travels to AS Monaco for the advanced match of the 16th day of Ligue 1. A match which started at a high pace between the two teams but which was marked by the exit on Donnarumma injury. In an innocuous action, the Monegasque right-back Singo impaled himself on the Italian goalkeeper while attempting a dive.
A completely missed dive since his sole ended up on Donnarumma’s face. The Italian goalkeeper, completely stunned and marked on the face, had to give way to Safonov. Singo, who had already had a yellow card just before, did very well since the referee considered that the gesture, not intentional because it was in the race, did not deserve a sanction.
