EXCLUSIVE: Nicholas Alexander Chavez has signed with CAA for representation.
Chavez plays Lyle in the Netflix limited series, Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menéndez Story opposite Javier Bardem, Chloë Sevigny and Conrad Koch.
He can also be seen in the horror drama series Grotesquerie as Father Charlie alongside Travis Kelce, Niecy Nash-Betts, Courtney B. Vance, and Lesley Manville.
Grotesquerie premiered yesterday on FX.
Before joining Monsters, Chavez was best known for playing Spencer Cassadine on ABC’s General Hospital. He left in January as his character was believed to have perished after falling off a boat into France’s Seine River.
Chavez will not be returning to the soap.
“I’m so appreciative of the opportunity that GH gave me, and I wouldn’t be as busy as I am professionally if it weren’t for the talented producers, writers, directors and fellow actors,” the actor wrote on X in May. “[Executive Producer] Frank Valentini is a mentor and a friend, and we’ve had some pretty extensive conversations about my future on the show. While there are no current plans for me to return, we are still talking very openly about future possibilities for Spencer in Port Charles. Beyond the people I’ve already mentioned, I want to take some time to thank and honor the GH fan base… especially the Sprina fans… who must be THE most loyal and kind fan base in the universe of entertainment. Words fail to show the depth of my gratitude, thank you, I love you all very, very much.”
Chavez continues to be represented by Felker, Toczek, Suddleson, McGinnis, Ryan LLP.
