Moose then defeated Austin to retain the title. His stablemates in The System interfered throughout the bout, and Moose scored the win with two Spears/

Moose slams Austin off the second rope. Austin and Moose trade blows. Moose headbutts Austin. Austin sends Moose flying off the apron. JDC interferes again. Moose accidentally hits JDC with a Spear, and Austin hits Moose with The Fold on the floor. Brian Myers and Eddie Edwards come out, and Austin dives onto them.
Moose hits a Spear for a near fall. Austin rolls up Moose for a two-count. Moose hits two Spears for the win.
