Morgan Wallen Postpones Three Stadium Shows, Cites Illness

Country music star Morgan Wallen has postponed his shows tonight in Tampa, Florida, and two on July 18 and 19 in Charlotte, North Carolina.

“I hate to reschedule shows but I powered through being sick in Tampa last night, and unfortunately woke up feeling way worse today,” Wallen said in a post on social media Friday afternoon.

Wallen said he plans to move the Charlotte shows to Oct. 18 and 19. He also rescheduled his show in Tampa on Friday to Oct. 4.

According to a post made by concert promoter Live Nation, all previously purchased tickets for the July 18 concert will be honored on Oct. 18, and all previously purchased tickets for the July 19 concert will be honored on the Oct. 19 date.

The post said more information would be emailed to ticket purchasers directly. Ticket refund information was not made immediately available.
