Against Liverpool on Sunday, Manchester United managed to obtain a draw point (2-2), while Erik ten Hag’s team seemed suffocated by the Reds. The Red Devils technician is also singled out for his coaching and the play produced by Rio Ferdinand, legend of the Mancunian club (2002-2014).

“I said yesterday (Sunday) after the game that if kamikaze football, lack of control of the game was what we were looking for, he understood it well and did a good job, because that’s what we play”first decried the former captain of the Red Devils in his podcast on Youtube. “You can put it down to injuries, we have a lot of injuries, but a lot of teams have injuries and continue to play the style of football they are trying to achieve. I don’t think Ten Hag’s style is this chaotic, kamikaze football.”added the Englishman, visibly angry with the Dutch technician.
