Mukiele, mass is said

Nordi Mukiele is hardly playing this season at PSG. And his situation should not improve if he finishes the current year with the capital club.

This season, Nordi Mukiele has had limited playing time with Paris Saint-Germain. Luis Enrique only used the right-back on ten occasions. With the participation of Achraf Hakimi in the African Cup of Nations, the former Leipzig player could have played more but the Spanish technician decided otherwise.

A choice that he seems to fully accept. “Mukiele has played little, it’s true. Will this change? I don’t know. My decisions prove what my tastes are. I like to make turnovers but it’s true that there isn’t room for everyone on the pitch,” explained the former Spain coach this Thursday at a press conference. At right-back, while Mukiele seemed to be the natural replacement for Hakimi, Luis Enrique preferred to use Carlos Soler or even Warren Zaire-Emery. In other words, as long as the ex-Barça coach is on the PSG bench, he will not be able to claim significant playing time.

If Mukiele hardly plays anymore, it would be because of his extra-sporting escapades. “Luis Enrique no longer wants Nordi Mukiele, and we know why. It’s because of the outings. He’s a bit like the organizer of the parties, Luis Enrique ended up finding out and he doesn’t want it anymore. He doesn’t trust him anymore.” journalist Daniel Riolo revealed on RMC.
