Tropical Storm Debby affected the August 7 episode of AEW Dynamite, as travel issues prevented some wrestlers from making it to the show.
Earlier in the day on Wednesday, Tony Khan noted that several wrestlers were struggling to get to the venue due to travel issues, and he held back on making announcements due to travel mayhem.

In a tweet, Tony Khan wrote that Orange Cassidy was the only member of The Conglomeration who was able to make the show due to travel issues. Khan noted that the group wanted a rematch after RUSH, The Beast Toros, and Roderick Strong beat them the week before.
