Music legend Quincy Jones‘ cause of death has been confirmed. If you didn’t see the news, the icon passed away at the age of 91 earlier this month. Now, we’ve learned how he passed. Keep reading to find out more… His death certificate was released by the Los Angeles County Department of Public Health and listed pancreatic cancer as the cause of death. TMZ reports that the certificate did not list any other contributing factors. He’s survived by his seven children: Rashida Jones, Kidada Jones, Kenya Kinski-Jones, Quincy Jones III, Jolie Jones Levine, Martina Jones, and Rachel Jones, and his three grandkids. RIP. Over his storied career, Quincy earned 28 Grammys and worked with artists including Frank Sinatra, Michael Jackson, Lionel Richie, Aretha Franklin, and many more. Among his works he produced, Michael‘s Thriller was one of them, which earned 8 Grammys.
