MVP Says He Dusted Off His Boots, Teases Saying Goodbye And Getting ‘A New Hello’

MVP teases his potential return to the ring and the beginning of a new chapter.

In a post on Instagram, MVP wrote that he “dusted these off”, and the picture shows a pair of wrestling boots, as well as a suitcase. He replied to one fan who noted that they did not look hung up by saying that they were not,

In another post, MVP wrote, “The saga continues.” He included a quote from Paulo Coelho that reads, “If you are brave enough to say goodbye, life will reward you with a new hello.”

The posts come after Sean Ross Sapp of Fightful reported that MVP was not expected back on WWE television or in the company, with Mike Johnson of PWInsider writing that MVP’s contract was set to expire in August, and there had not been any major discussions yet.

MVP last wrestled in July 2022, but he has expressed his interest in having a few more matches. He recently underwent stem cell therapy.
