Myron Reed discusses his departure from Major League Wrestling.

Myron Reed had been one of MLW’s brightest stars since he joined the company in 2018. He rose up the ranks and won the MLW World Middleweight Championship three times.

In an interview with MuscleManMalcolm, Myron Reed was asked whether there was a reason he was no longer with the company.

“When I was there, I was just noticing that the schedule was very light. I was getting the same amount of money I was getting on the indies,” he said. “So I was like, I’d rather just be my own boss until I figure it out, grow on my own, do my own thing, move in my own footsteps.”

Myron Reed was then asked whether he still had a strong relationship with MLW CEO Court Bauer. Reed noted that he thought he did, and he would be willing to return, but not as a signed talent.

“I think so. It’s pretty good,” Myron Reed said. “It’s not like he’s my best friend. But if everything worked itself out, I’d go there and work for them again, but not signed or anything, but I’d definitely work for them.”
