N’Delta group felicitates Seyi Tinubu on birthday

A Niger Delta group, SEYITINUBU Niger Delta Youth Vanguard, has felicitated with the son of the President, Mr Seyi Tinubu, on his birthday, describing him as a humanitarian, philanthropist without equal and giver without borders.

President/National Coordinator of the group, Fiawei Pathfinder, told South-South PUNCH that Seyi has shown that he is a blessing to Nigerian youths and the world at large and prayed that the “generations would continue to reap the fruits of your goodness.”

Pathfinder pointed out that Tinubu has impacted lives, saying, “The leaders of the group unanimously identify with the life-changing impacts of Seyi Tinubu through his philanthropic activities par excellence.

“We, in the SEYITINUBU Niger Delta Youth Vanguard, have deemed it very necessary to loudly express our deep joy and excitement over the grand birthday of the first son of the First Family of Nigeria, Oluwaseyi Abiodun Tinubu, the trailblazer and ‘Face and Hope of the Youth’ in the Renewed Hope Agenda.

“Your birthday is a joy to all of us because you have distinguished yourself with a heart of gold and unprecedented deeds of kindness that have soothed the pains of Nigerians, even as you have galvanized the energy of most young people into productive ventures.”

The group said as an astute administrator and a painstaking leader with a sense of humour, Seyi, who is the Chief Executive Officer, Loatsad Promomedia and Chairman of Noella Foundation, a non-governmental organisation, has focused on the less privileged and vulnerable in society.

It said, “Through your activities, you have saved the lives of the people who had lost hope of survival, but your interventions reinvigorated and lifted them out of depression and despair.

“We have every cause to join you to appreciate God for His love and mercy upon your life and pray God to protect and preserve you to transform the lives of the youth with your great work and impact that you are making on the lives of indigent Nigerians.

“Your life over the years has been a blessing to the youths in Nigeria, and as a result, their lives have been given a fresh start, and also we, the youth in the Niger Delta communities, in the creeks, have enjoyed your care and support based on your interventions.

“Your benevolence is amazing and gigantic, which serves as a catalyst to the multiplier impact on a stupendous trend that we the youths are yet to comprehend the down-to-earth heart you possess. We highly commend you for the iconic impact this is making as the plight of Nigerians is ameliorated.”

The group also acknowledged and appreciated the humanitarian gestures, including the distribution of 2,500 COVID-19 emergency food boxes to residents of Lagos Island and Oshodi in Lagos State through the Noella Foundation’s collaboration with Food Clique Support.

It mentioned the distribution of 17,700 emergency boxes to people living in Mushin, Agege, Epe, Badagry, Bariga, Oworonsoki, Yaba, Iyana Ipaja, Idimu, Festac, Makoko, Surulere, Ojuelegba, Alimosho, Igando, Jakande, Ibeju Lekki, Ikorodu, Igbogbo, Ibeshe, Ikoyi, Ebute Metta, Gowon Estate, Shagari Estate, Victoria Island, Ojo Alaba, Lekki, and Onipanu, and other areas.

The group mentioned the work of the Seyi Tinubu Maternal and Child Health Intervention for 10,000 indigent patients in 60 tertiary health institutions across the country, with the first phase including the University College Hospital and LUTH.

Pathfinder commended Seyi for the donation of N500 million to the flood victims in Borno State as well as 10,000 mosquito-treated nets and prescriptions for 50,000 children, including mattresses and other medical and household items.
