Natalya says she believes it is best to keep moving forward amid Vince McMahon’s shocking resignation from WWE and TKO.
Vince McMahon shocked the wrestling world on January 26 as he resigned from TKO and WWE. The news came one day after it was reported that Janel Grant filed a lawsuit against McMahon, John Laurinaitis, and WWE, alleging sexual assault and sex trafficking. A spokesperson for McMahon said the lawsuit was “replate with lies”.
Speaking with Jay Reddick of the Orlando Sentinel, it was noted that multiple wrestlers opted not to comment directly on the allegations. Natalya provided at least a general response.
“I’ve seen and I’ve read what everybody else has seen and read,” Natalya said. “I feel like at the end of the day the best thing we can do, especially as women in the locker room, is keep moving forward.”
A recent report shined a light on the internal reaction to Vince McMahon’s reaction. More information is available here.
