The WWE Speed Championship changed hands on the November 20 episode of WWE Speed.
On Wednesday’s show, Dragon Lee defeated Andrade to win the gold. They battled back and forth in a hard-fought match that came down to the last minute of the five-minute time limit. In the end, Lee caught Andrade with an inside cradle and scored the win. As a result, he became the third WWE Speed Champion.
Ricochet became the inaugural champion by defeating Johnny Gargano in the finals of a tournament on the May 3 episode. Andrade then dethroned him on the June 14 episode., and he held the title for 159 days Now, Lee has etched his name in the books as the third WWE Speed Champion.
The victory marks Lee’s first title win in WWE. He is featured on WWE RAW as a member of the LWO alongside Rey Mysterio, Joaquin Wilde, Cruz Del Toro, and Zelina Vega.
