Newcastle United have reportedly reached an agreement to sign Vakhtang Salia from Dinamo Tbilisi, according to Foot Mercato.
The young Georgian talent, who turned 17 recently, is set to join the Magpies next season.
Salia has already made a name for himself at just 16 years old, scoring four goals for the first team, including three in the league and another in the UEFA Europa Conference League qualifiers.
He is widely regarded as one of the brightest prospects in Georgian football after breaking into Dinamo Tbilisi’s first team.
The Magpies have made sure they invest not only in established player but also in the best young players available in the market.

They are building a project for the future and their aim is to develop young talent at the club.
As per the report, the deal to sign the player will be completed but he will not be joining the club instantly or in the January transfer window.
He will is expected to join the club in the summer transfer window next year.
