According to the lawsuit, McMahon is alleged to have trafficked Janel Grant to former WWE executive John Laurinaitis on multiple occasions. According to PWInsider.com, Laurinaitis has filed a waiver of service to the lawsuit. This means that he is aware of the accusations against him and is willing to waive being served as a result. Laurinaitis will make an official response within 60 days of March 15, meaning by May 14.
