The feud between Nia Jax and Bayley heated up on WWE SmackDown.
Tiffany Stratton kicked off the July 12 episode of WWE SmackDown and hyped up her win in the Women’s Money in the Bank match. She warned Bayley, Liv Morgan, and Roxanne Perez that their title reigns were on Tiffy Time. WWE Women’s Champion Bayley interrupted Stratton and warned her that she would fail her cash-in if she chose her. They went back and forth, and Nia Jax came out.
Jax reminded Bayley of their upcoming match at WWE SummerSlam. Bayley told Jax that she was not the same version that she took out a few years ago. Jax agreed but questioned what Bayley was now. She then called her “BBL Bayley”. The champion said that she would embarrass Jax at SummerSlam, but “The Irresistible Force” vowed to victimize Bayley at the premium live event.
Stratton attacked Bayley, and Jax joined in, but Michin made the save.
Jax previously earned a title shot by winning the Queen of the Ring tournament. She will challenge Bayley for the title at WWE SummerSlam.
