Nick Aldis issued an ultimatum to Kevin Owens on WWE SmackDown.
On the December 27 episode of WWE SmackDown, Aldis addressed Kevin Owens’ actions since WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event. He has taken the Winged Eagle Title and called himself the true WWE Champion, though Rhodes beat him in their title match. Owens seemingly took Rhodes out after their match with a piledriver.
Aldis said that Owens was not the champion, but he had the Winged Eagle Title. He stated that Owens had no claim to the title, so he had until the end of the night to relinquish the championship. If not, he would face severe consequences that would impact his future in WWE.
