However, convincing the 22-year-old to leave the Basque club in favor of a move to north London is a complicated task for the Gunners, as The Mirror reports he will demand high wages to ensure he is one of the highest paid players in Europe. Due to tax differences between Bilbao and England, the Premier League side may have to offer more than £300,000 a week to meet their demands.
