Nigerians react as popular Nollywood actor turns plumber in Canada

Nigerians on social media have reacted to the recent professional change popular Nollywood actor,  Chris Bassey in Canada.

The film star, during an Instagram live session with controversial media personality, had disclosed his decision to venture into construction, specifically plumbing, highlighting that the financial benefits are immerse.

According to the actor, his new profession, pays better than tech jobs

When the media personality had queried Bassey about his career choices since relocating abroad.

In his response, the movie producer said: “I am into the construction job here in Canada, I do construction, I am a plumber”.

“In the last seven months, the provinces I have visited on weekends are just within Canada, and someone who is into tech cannot afford what I was paid. I am not capping. I know what I am saying, I do not know about the US but here.”
