Nikki Garcia is ending her two year marriage to Artem Chigvintsev. On Wednesday (Sept. 11), the 40-year-old retired WWE pro filed for divorce from the 42-year-old Dancing with the Stars, two weeks after Artem was arrested on felony domestic violence charge. Nikki filed the paperwork in Napa Valley, Calif., according to line records obtained by People. Keep reading to find out more…Artem was arrested on August 29 in Napa Valley on a charge of corporal injury to a spouse. He was booked in Napa County Jail, was given a $25,000 bail, and then released an hour later. The day after Artem‘s arrest, Nikki released a brief statement through her rep. While Nikki wasn’t name in the arrest records, she was named in the 911 call about the incident in which Artem alleged that Nikki threw shoes at him. Nikki and Artem met when they competed as partners on season 25 of DWTS in 2017. They married in 2022 and share 4-year-old son Matteo. Last weekend, Nikki made her first public appearance following Artem‘s arrest.
