Nikki Glaser reacts to Gisele Bündchen reportedly feeling ‘disappointed’ by jokes in Tom Brady roast

Nikki Glaser isn’t surprised by Gisele Bündchen’s reaction to her jokes in “The Roast of Tom Brady.”

Four days after People reported that the supermodel felt “disappointed,” the comedian admitted she would feel the same if she were Bündchen.

“I mean, I would be disappointed in me if I were Gisele as well,” Glaser, 39, told Vanity Fair in an interview published Saturday.

The “FBoy Island” host defended bringing up Brady’s ex-wife during the May 5 Netflix special, saying she tried to “maybe say [Bündchen’s name] less than … needed.”

Glaser explained, “In my final joke about her, I said, ‘ex-wife.’ I tried not to mention her name as much as possible, but he’s a part of her story.

“That’s how I rationalize talking about someone who did not ask to be part of this conversation,” she continued.

The “Welcome Home Nikki Glaser” star specifically referenced her wisecrack about Bündchen “get[ting] her ass eaten by her new boyfriend,” Joaquim Valente.

“I think that even though that’s probably a visual that she would want out there, it’s a joke,” she noted. “It’s not like I’m saying I witnessed it, or it happened.”

Glaser joked that the jab was “a really nice thing to wish for someone in their private life” and should “feel pretty good, actually.”

The stand-up star also mentioned Brady’s ex Bridget Moynahan, with whom he shares son Jack, 16, during the live event.

“Tom, you’re the best to ever play for too long, you retired then came back then retired, I get it,” she said onstage. “It’s hard to walk away from something that isn’t your pregnant girlfriend.”

Moynahan notably revealed her pregnancy news in February 2007 on the heels of her and Brady’s breakup, by which point he was already dating Bündchen.

He and the former Victoria’s Secret Angel welcomed son Benjamin, 14, and daughter Vivian, 11, after their 2009 wedding, calling it quits in 2022.

Kevin Hart also poked fun at Bündchen moving on with her jiu-jitsu instructor during the roast, calling Brady an “idiot” for not seeing the romance coming.

Glaser later said on “The Howard Stern Show” that she and her fellow comedians tried their best not to throw Brady’s kids “under the bus,” with her cutting a joke about Jack kissing his dad.
