New Japan Pro-Wrestling has announced the date for Hiroshi Tanahashi‘s final match in the United States.
During NJPW x AEW Wrestle Dynasty, the company announced that their Windy City Riot event will be held at the Wintrust Arena in Chicago on April 11. The company also confirmed that NJPW President Hiroshi Tanahashi’s final match in the United States will be at the show. Tanahashi will retire at NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 20 in January 2026.
Additionally, STARDOM will hold an event in Las Vegas in April, potentially for WrestleMania week. NJPW Resurgence was also announced for May 9th at the Toyota Arena in Ontario, California.
NJPW’s next United States event will be their Battle in the Valley show at the San Jose Civic in San Jose, California, on January 11th.
