Chelsea player Christopher Nkunku will not return from his hip injury sooner than expected, and Malo Gusto will join him on the treatment table.
Nkunku, who missed the first half of the season with a knee problem, suffered a new problem in training in early January and the initial prognosis was that he would be out for three weeks. It was then reported that he was close to returning to the field sooner than expected, but Chelsea have now confirmed that he is still “following his rehabilitation program”.
