In 2005, Anees Bazmee directed the comedy hit ‘No Entry’, featuring Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, and Fardeen Khan. Produced by Boney Kapoor, the film became a cult classic and was the highest-grossing movie of the year. Nearly two decades later, the highly anticipated sequel is finally on the horizon. According to Pinkvilla, filming for the sequel is expected to wrap up by June next year.

No Entry 2 shoot to begin December 2024

A source told ETimes, “Director Anees Bazmee will begin No Entry 2 with Diljit, Varun, and Arjun in double roles and 10 leading ladies from December 2024. He plans to wrap the shoot by June. The sequel will be a Zee Studios – Bayview production.”

Another source close to the project told Pinkvilla, “While Anees Bazmee is on board No Entry 2 as a writer and director, the makers have got together Varun Dhawan, Arjun Kapoor, and Diljit Dosanjh to lead the film. The trio is supremely excited about the script and have given their nod to the story.”

The sequel promises to deliver the same level of comedy and excitement as the original. “No Entry 2 is a hilarious script that has got every single person excited. The No Entry sequel will go on floors in December 2024 and be a big theatrical release in 2025, marking 20 years of the first part,” the source added.

Released in 2005, No Entry featured an ensemble cast including Salman Khan, Fardeen Khan, and Anil Kapoor in lead roles, with Bipasha Basu, Esha Deol, Lara Dutta, and Celina Jaitley in prominent roles. As the film approaches its 20th anniversary in 2025, the anticipation for the sequel is building among fans of the original comedy.

With Bazmee returning to helm the project and a fresh, exciting cast ready to take on double roles, No Entry 2 is set to become a major theatrical release. Fans can expect a blend of humour, chaos, and entertainment reminiscent of the first film, promising another box office hit in the comedy genre.
