Manchester United will look to cash in on Jadon Sancho when he returns to the club this summer.

The winger is spending the second half of the 2023/2024 campaign at his former club Borussia Dortmund after a widely-covered fallout with Erik ten Hag, which led to him being exiled from the first team having made just three Premier League appearances this term.

Given that the two never buried the hatchet prior to his January loan departure, you wouldn’t expect too much to change when he returns to Old Trafford in June.

No way back for Sancho at Old Trafford

That seems to be the general belief among those higher-ups at United too, as Football Insider claims that Sancho is set to be sold permanently when the window opens – assuming any interested sides meet his price tag, and it’ll be nowhere near the £73 million that paid for him back in 2021.

Sancho, 23, is yet to score for either the Reds or Dortmund across his nine outings this season but did register two Bundesliga assists in his first two matches back in the black and yellow.
