On August 20, the National Wrestling Alliance delivered an action-packed show with the latest episode of NWA Powerrr. Among other matches, EC3 defended the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship.
The results are as follows:
NWA World Junior Heavyweight Championship: Joe Alonzo (c) def. Eric Smalls and Rolando Freeman and Sodapop Hendrix to retain the title. Jax Dane def. Anthony Catena In a promo, NWA World Women’s Champion Kenzie Paige and Kylie Paige hype up their promotion working with NWA as part of NWA Back to the Territories. In an interview, Tiffany Nieves and Reka Tehaka respond to Kenzie Paige and Kylie Page calling them out. Another teaser for “OnlySlams” airs. Baron Von Storm (with Jax Dane) def. Boz; Storm doesn’t release the hold until Dane puts his robe back on. The Kids and “Magic” Jake Dumas are interviewed about their upcoming six-man tag team match. Dumas teases coming for Mims. He also sends a message to Carson Drake. The Kids say they never needed magic to burn down Slimeball City. NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship: EC3 (c) def.
