The October 22 episode of NWA Powerrr featured two title changes.
In the opening match, The Country Gentlemen won the NWA United States Tag Team Championship. Later in the show, The King Bees (Charity King and Danni Bee) defended the NWA World Women’s Tag Team Championship against The It Girls (Ella Envy and Miss Star). Starr and Envy ultimately scored the win and won the titles.
The King Bees had held the titles for over 200 days. They won the gold at NWA Paranoia in January, and the match aired on tape delay on February 27. With the win, Envy became a four-time NWA World Women’s Tag Team Champion. She previously held the titles with Kylie Paige, Roxy, and Kenzie Paige. Meanwhile, Starr won the titles for the first time.
