It seems like fans won’t have to wait long for the next showcase of the working relationship between NXT and TNA.
After NXT and TNA built up a working relationship throughout 2024, WWE officially announced that they had reached a multi-year partnership with TNA on January 16th.
Shortly after the announcement TNA shared a new promotional video for TNA Genesis on January 19th. NXT’s logo is featured in the video, and it is been placed on the Genesis graphic at the end of the clip. NXT’s social media account is also tagged in the post, which reads, “#TNAGenesis. @WWENXT. This Sunday.”

Shawn Michaels On NXT Working With TNA
In WWE’s official press release, Shawn Michaels, WWE senior vice president of talent development creative, commented on the company’s partnership with TNA.
“We look forward to growing and evolving our partnership with TNA Wrestling and its outstanding group of athletes by creating new opportunities to further the development of our talent and to elevate the viewer experience at home,” Michaels said.
