Oba Femi might have lost the North American Championship this week, but it might not be long until gold is around his waist once again.
WWE NXT Superstar Oba Femi was a recent guest on the Going Ringside podcast. When asked what talents in the brand he wanted to step into the ring with, Femi made it clear he wanted to take on NXT Champion Trick Williams.
“Trick Williams. Right now, Trick Williams is the guy. I’m letting him have his little parade right now,” Femi said. “When the time comes, Trick. I think he wanted to be a star and entertaining, but once he crosses that line and comes into this realm, this is the real. This is the raw. I don’t think he wants this.” [H/T: Fightful]
With Oba Femi recently dropping the North American Championship to Tony D’Angelo, a collision between Femi and Trick Williams in NXT seems inevitable.
