The final England Euro 2024 squad has been confirmed.

An official announcement (see below) late on Thursday afternoon naming the 26 man squad.

Gareth Southgate reducing it by seven from the original 33 man preliminary squad.

Newcastle United pair Kieran Trippier and Anthony Gordon making the final cut.

Official England announcement – 6 June 2024:

The final England men’s senior squad for UEFA EURO 2024 has been named by manager Gareth Southgate.

The Three Lions head to Germany next week and the final 26-man group for the tournament has been selected ahead of their last preparation game against Iceland at Wembley on Friday evening.

Southgate had picked a 33-man training squad in May, with the group meeting up last week ahead of the game with Bosnia & Herzegovina at St. James’ Park last Friday.

And the final group will now take on Iceland before they travel to Germany on Monday 10 June ahead of their opening EURO game with Serbia in Gelsenkirchen on Sunday 16 June.

Defenders: Lewis Dunk (Brighton & Hove Albion), Joe Gomez (Liverpool), Marc Guehi (Crystal Palace), Ezri Konsa (Aston Villa), Luke Shaw (Manchester United), John Stones (Manchester City), Kieran Trippier (Newcastle United), Kyle Walker (Manchester City)

Midfielders: Trent Alexander-Arnold (Liverpool), Jude Bellingham (Real Madrid), Conor Gallagher (Chelsea), Kobbie Mainoo (Manchester United), Declan Rice (Arsenal), Adam Wharton (Crystal Palace)
