An official Newcastle United injury update on Friday morning.

Eddie Howe talking to journalists.

The NUFC Head Coach speaking ahead of this match at Goodison Park.

Eddie Howe hoping to see his team head into this latest international break, with a win against Everton.

Official Newcastle United injury update – Availability for the Everton match (and beyond):

Jamaal Lascelles – Continues his long-term recovery.

Sven Botman – The same as Lascelles.

Lewis Miley – Still recovering from his back injury.

Callum Wilson – Eddie Howe having previously saying the number nine still not available BUT expects to have Wilson back for Brighton at home in 15 days time.

Nick Pope – The Head Coach reporting that our number one will be playing at Everton, the keeper fine after having had some swelling around his knee after Man City.

Fabian Schar – Another one ok for tomorrow, the knock he took on his ankle against AFC Wimbledon giving no lasting poroblem.

Martin Dubravka – Eddie Howe says he is a doubt after forced off on Tuesday night when taking a blow to the knee.

Alexander Isak – Eddie Howe confirming that the striker won’t be in the matchday squad at Goodison Park but is expected back for the next game at home to Brighton. Isak not named in the Sweden squad to help ensure he can rest and recover from his toe injury/break.

Kieran Trippier – Appeared to come off the pitch due to cramp against Man City but not involved against AFC Wimbledon, the NUFC boss saying this morning that Tripper is fine for Everton.

So I make that to be five Newcastle United players definitely missing against Everton, with Martin Dubravka a doubt.
