Head injuries are among the worst imaginable as you never know how long they can take to recover. That is the case with an up and coming star, who happens to be holding a championship at the moment.

According to Fightful Select, AEW’s Wheeler Yuta has been dealing with concussion related issues since January. He has not wrestled a match in over four months and there is currently no word on when he will be able to return to the ring. Yuta is the reigning Ring Of Honor Pure Rules Champion, though there has been no mention of the title being vacated in his absence.
Yuta is rather good. Check out what he can do in the ring:
Opinion: That is terrible to hear as there are very few things harder to recover from than a head injury. Yuta has already been out of action for over four months and it could be even longer than that. I’m not sure what it is going to mean for the title’s future, but it wouldn’t surprise me to see it quietly vacated. That might be better as the title has already been out of action this long.
