OL returned to the European Cup this Thursday by beating Olympiakos in the Europa League (2-0).

Four days after sinking at home to OM in the league, OL must get back up on the continental scene this Thursday, getting the better of Olympiakos in the first act of the Europa League.

For the occasion, the Groupama Stadium will unfortunately not be full, hit by a partial closed session concerning its two corners after a sanction decreed by UEFA for incidents observed in April 2022 against West Ham.

Pierre Sage took responsibility for this match, starting Rayan Cherki in the heart of the Rhone game, in a 4-2-3-1 with Alexandre Lacazette up front and the Ernest Nuamah-Malick Fofana tandem on the flanks.

OL-Olympiakos, the official lineups

The Olympiakos eleven: Tzolakis – Retsos, Carmo, Pirola – Rodinei, Chiquinho, Garcia, Hezze, Ortega – Yaremchuk, El Kaabi.
