Olympique de Marseille have their fifth recruit of the summer transfer window.

OM is about to complete the arrival of its fifth summer recruit! After Lilian Brassier, Ismaël Koné, Mason Greenwood and Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, a new reinforcement confirmed his arrival in Marseille on Monday. His identity will not be a surprise to any Marseille supporter since his name has been circulating on the Old Port for several days: it is Valentin Carboni.

“I’m ready to join Olympique de Marseille, I can’t wait! I want to do my best for the club”said the young Argentinian attacking midfielder (19 years old) at the time of signing his contract extension at Inter Milan, indicates Fabrizio Romano. He is now tied until 2029 to the Nerazzurri, who will therefore send him to the Sky and White for next season.

Roberto De Zerbi holds his n°10

Transferred to Monza in 2023-2024, the Buenos Aires native will sign with OM in the form of a loan payment of one million euros. This deal includes a purchase option of 35 million euros, the Italian leaders having a buyout clause of 40 million euros. Roberto De Zerbi has his number 10, he now needs a striker to replace Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
