After a very hectic end to the winter transfer window, Jonathan Clauss was back in training with OM this Friday.
The adventure of Jonathan Claus to theOlympic Marseille almost ended this winter. Author of a good first part of the season, the French international is in the running for a place at Euro 2024 with the Blues but was targeted by criticism concerning his involvement with the Marseille club, particularly after his exit in the 34th minute for a knee injury that he preferred not to aggravate, pushing the Marseille management to try to separate themselves from their right side.
Clauss very present
Finally remaining with the Riviera club at the end of the winter transfer window, the former Lens player was back in training with the rest of his teammates this Friday, two days before the trip to the Olympique Lyonnais pitch. In images shared by RMC Sport, the 31-year-old, however, seemed very attentive to his knee injury, which he held and which he tested a lot during today’s session. No indication has been given as to his presence at Groupama Stadium on Sunday.
