He left OM this summer to return home to Catalonia, he who was born in Girona. A return home to a competitive club in addition, since he should defend the goal of Michel’s team, sensation of last season in Spain and who will play in the Champions League this season. During his presentation, he also explained his choice.

“Coming home is always beautiful. I want to share that with the people of Girona. But no one has promised me a starting spot. The coach will decide. I am happy and I have come to contribute and enjoy a unique experience. I felt that the club made a lot of effort and showed me a lot of affection. Now I have to repay their trust. The summer was complicated for me and in the end I find myself in this great situation. I asked David Lopez (Girona defender, editor’s note) for information and the decision was easy.”said the goalkeeper. A nice rebound for someone who wasn’t in De Zerbi’s plans!
