Every so often you will see some kind of a unique concept to change things up a bit. Those shows can offer something different, with a certain twist on what you are usually going to see. That is going to be the case again later this year as WWE has something new in mind.

This week at the WWE WrestleMania 40 press event, WWE announced that “Speed”, a new weekly series, will begin airing this spring. The show will air exclusively on X and will feature matches with five minute time limits and a scoring system. There were no other details announced for the show. WWE ran a trial version before Monday Night Raw last year but nothing was ever broadcast.
