Ooni of Ife’s fourth wife, Olori Folashade Ashley Ogunwusi, has explained why she tagged her newborn son the ‘Crown Prince’.
TheNewsGuru.com (TNG) reports that Folashade and the Ooni of Ife, Oba Adeyeye Ogunwusi welcomed their first child, together on September 3rd, 2024
Recall. Folashade while announcing the birth of her baby referred to him as ‘Crown Prince.’
However, social media users felt the statement was inappropriate because Ooni already had two sons before hers, Tadenikawo, born by his first estranged wife, Olori Naomi and Oreade, the twin boy born by Olori Tobi Philips.
Clarifying the controversial statement, Folashade, in a post via her Instagram page on Tuesday, wrote, “Oba tón gbọ ẹkún aládúrà, ẹsẹ Olódùmarè. Thank you olodumare for an amazing pregnancy journey which was very sacred for my husband and I, which was successfully kept away from society space to the glory of Olodumare.
