Here’s What King Harris Said & What Prompted His Statements

Earlier this week, Druski took to Instagram to share a flyer requesting extras for his music video, which would be shot in Atlanta, Georgia. Additionally, the flyer stated that the music video would be called “Standin On Business.”

Check out the flyer below.

Druski also returned to the platform to share a behind-the-scenes look at the shoot.

It appears that Atlanta native King Harris caught wind of Druski’s music video shoot. The 19-year-old then took to Instagram Live to share his reaction. In footage obtained by Instagram user @livebitez, Harris addressed the matter.

“I gotta go pull up on Druski,” Harris told viewers before pulling out a T-shirt branded with STANDING ON BUSINESS. “You see that?… I ain’t create it, but I’m the one that got everybody saying it. You hear me?… That would be a lie if I said I created it… But when you ask who got the news saying it, who got ESPN saying it, who got football players saying it, who got kids saying it, who got everybody saying it — it’s me.”

Watch King Harris share his full thoughts below.

Note that Druski has used the phrase in a viral skit published via YouTube in September 2023. In October of that year, the comedian even sold merchandise related to the phrase.

Here’s Why T.I.’s Son Recently Made Headlines

As The Shade Room previously reported, King Harris used the phrase while arguing with his parents while livestreaming in November 2023. At the time, he was at an Atlanta Falcons football game with his parents and alleged that he wasn’t raised with a silver spoon.

However, his parents publicly shared their disagreement, and the discussion quickly escalated. T.I. could be heard telling his son he was “embarrassing” the family, while the pair even appeared to become involved in a tussle.

A few days later, T.I. took to social media to set the record straight about his family and proclaim his love and loyalty to his son.

“F**k what dis internet talkin bout… Da HFamily Tied Like a Knot… We all We Got…4LIFE… Ima RIDE to da heavens or da depths of HELL bout my Jr.& ain’t nothing gon change that. Now tune in… to the new episode of #GOATTalk🐐 wit Me & my Jr. @the_next_king10…,” the rapper wrote via Instagram.
