Orange Cassidy reflects on his growth throughout his time in AEW.

Cassidy has been with AEW since 2019, and he has become one of the most prominent members of the roster. He has won the AEW International Championship twice, and he has progressed into a world title contender.

Speaking on Q102 Philly, Orange Cassidy was asked about fans gravitating toward him, especially in recent weeks.

“It’s one of things that AEW allowed me to get to this evolution,” Orange Cassidy said. “I was able to grow, and if you were an AEW fan from the very beginning, you literally saw me change and grow with you. I feel the AEW fans take a lot of pride and responsibility for me and my success, and I think they deserve to be brought on a ride that is satisfying and also maybe heartbreaking.

“They deserve it because they’re basically with me. The wrestling fans have seen me go through this change, and they want to help, which is great.”
