Erik ten Hag has called on Fulham to apologise for mocking Manchester United midfielder Bruno Fernandes.
The Manchester United manager hit out in the wake of Wednesday’s FA Cup win over Nottingham Forest at criticism implying his captain feigned an injury.
TikTok shared a post showing Fernandes going down during last Saturday’s Premier League meeting, before swiftly recovering and getting back on his feet.
The captain read: “So glad he’s OK…”

It is absolutely not right that a club makes such a statement, because it is totally out of order and they were wrong so they should apologise for this.”
It was also revealed that Fernandes and Raphael Varane will be fit to face Man City at the Eithad on Sunday, however, Harry Maguire is still out with his injury.
In the midweek win over Nottingham Forest, Ten Hag felt that the opposition players were targeting Fernandes, which is something we can expect again this weekend in the Manchester derby.
Fernandes runs himself into the ground for United every week but the Portugal international is always available.
