Netflix finally renewed Owning Manhattan for a second season! The reality show focusing on Serhant, a top real estate firm in New York City, stars Ryan Serhant, the founder and former Million Dollar Listing: New York star. In a statement to Variety, Ryan teased, “It’s a lot to take in — it’s a global hit. ‘Owning Manhattan’ is unlike anything else on TV, we basically invented a new format. I’m ecstatic, but it’s also overwhelming, in a good way. I can’t wait for what’s to come.” As for the cast of season two…there’s likely going to be some changes from season 1 after a few agents exited the group.
