Palestine’s UN envoy moved to tears during ICJ hearing

Palestine’s UN envoy Riyad Mansour was moved to tears in his final remarks at the ICJ’s hearing on Israel’s occupation of Palestinian territories as he described how international law has not protected Palestinian children in Gaza or the occupied West Bank.
