Keep reading to find out more… Pamela and Andy Cohen were talking about her son Brandon, who had a hand in her getting The Last Showgirl, then she was asked how many kids she had and if they were both with Tommy. Andy then asked if her and Tommy were “capishe.” “I mean, we used to talk a lot more. Not recently, unfortunately, but you know, I wish we did have a better rapport right now,” Pamela said. “My youngest son is engaged and we’re gonna have grandkids together. It’ll be okay eventually. It’s just kind of a moment right now.” Pamela also revealed she found out about the Hulu series while filming her Netflix documentary, Pamela: A Love Story. “I didn’t know anything about it. You know, the Pam & Tommy. You know, I didn’t have any involvement. No one called me, which was so strange and that was hurtful,” she said. She was then asked if it was legal to make a scripted show based on someone else’s life. “I think ethically it’s illegal, you know, but I mean, it was, you know, you’re kind of fair game. I remember people telling me that a long time ago, that you are basically public property and, you know, have no right to privacy. I remember that.” Pamela even said that Hulu has not reached out wanting to make things right with her. “No. They haven’t. You know, I don’t know,” she shared. “I don’t really want to, I don’t dwell on it, but it was kind of a strange thing to pick a very, you know, terrible time in my life and make entertainment and people were nominated for Emmys and all sorts of stuff and that’s why I was laughing with someone the other day. Pete Hammond was telling me, you know, all these people have won awards basically playing you, but not you.” “I guess they did it better than me,” she added. “I mean, it’s just, it’s not the actor’s fault. I mean, I’m sure she’s a great, she’s a great actress and stuff, and I don’t care. I mean, it’s just one of those things. It happened and now I’m here, and so this is the best payback.” If you missed it, see what Pamela previously said about Lily James, who played her in Pam & Tommy.
