EXCLUSIVE: Paradigm has let go of a pair of literary agents, Alysia Thomas and Kelsey Roberts, sources tell Deadline.

Paradigm declined comment.

What prompted the parting of ways isn’t clear, but Thomas has already made her exit, with Roberts still finishing up her time at the agency.

A veteran studio executive and producer previously based in London, Thomas moved to Los Angeles to join Paradigm as Motion Picture Lit Agent in the fall of 2022. Prior to her time there, she served as VP of Development at Working Title, before that working as Vice President of Creative Affairs at Legendary Pictures in Los Angeles. She began her career at Warner Bros, working her way up from executive assistant to creative executive, and eventually, to producer.

Joining Paradigm as Lit Agent in 2021, Roberts was formerly a manager at Industry Entertainment, having worked prior to that at Lawrence Bender Productions.

News of the exits comes following word that Bill Weinstein and Devon Schiff, formerly of Verve, would be joining Paradigm’s Literary Content department. Other recent additions to the agency, which has upped 14 agents to Partner over the last year, include Kyle Jensen and Chris Till from Verve; Todd Eisner, previously at A3 Artists Agency; Brett Hansen, Jamie Kaye-Phillips, and Neil A. Cohen, previously at UTA; and Varun Monga, who came over from Kaplan Stahler Agency, to name a few.
