Banyana Banyana of South Africa head coach, Desiree Ellis has expressed his team’s desire to go all out for a win against the Super Falcons of Nigeria.
The reigning African champions and Super Falcons are battling for a place at the 2024 Olympic Games.
The first leg encounter will hold at the Moshood Abiola Stadium, Abuja on Friday (today).
The reverse fixture is slated for Pretoria next week Tuesday.
Firstly, I want to say thank you to SAFA and Sasol for making sure that we got here early and acclimatized. Even though we have got a heat wave in South Africa, it is a completely different heat,” Ellis told safa.net.
“We put in a lot of work at home and we have also put in a lot of work here. The players have come in and put all of it together. I am very excited about the training, commitment, and the effort.”
