Secretary General of the Nigeria Olympics Committee (NOC) Tunde Popoola believes the Super Falcons have enough quality to make it to the podium at the 2024 Olympic Games.
The nine-time African champions are pitched in a tough group with world champions Spain, Brazil and former world champions Japan.
Despite the quality of opposition in the group, Popoola tipped the Super Falcons to return home with a medal.
“We have a strong football team, I will tip them for a medal,” Popoola boasted.

The West Africans are making a return to the Olympics after a 16-year absence.
