Pat McAfee has been a key figure on Monday Night RAW since his return at the Royal Rumble earlier this year, where he joined Michael Cole on the commentary team. Unsurprisingly, he has called out fans who labelled his WWE 2K24 DLC as the worst DLC of all time.
WWE 2K24 was released earlier this year and it has certainly lived up to expectations in a big way already. Of course, the developer is still supporting the game by releasing more DLC packs.
Pat McAfee will officially be added as a playable character in WWE 2K24 this summer with the game’s next DLC release. He will be featured in the game along with AJ Hawk, Boston Conner, Darius Butler, and Ty Schmitt, all branded with Pat McAfee Show logos.
In response to criticism from some fans on Twitter who labeled this DLC pack as the worst ever, McAfee expressed his displeasure, calling the comments rude. Despite the backlash, the WWE 2K website still lists July 24 as the release date for the Pat McAfee DLC pack.
”Some of these bumass IWC folks are calling this the worst DLC of all time..
That’s rude… Very rude.
(July 24th is not the drop date)”
The latest DLC drop for WWE 2K24, which occurred last month, added Post Malone, Sensational Sherri, Mosh, Thrasher, Honky Tonk Man, and Jimmy Hart (Manager) to the game.
Following the Pat McAfee pack, the upcoming Global Superstars pack, scheduled for release on September 20, will feature Jade Cargill, Nia Jax, Michelle McCool, Carlito, Kairi Sane, Lyra Valkyria, and Dragon Lee. Regardless, McAfee has a right to his opinion and htat’s all that matters to him.
